This shirt is the very first concert shirt I ever bought at a show(except for a guns n’ roses shirt). It was the first hardcore/punk show I had ever been to, and I was nervous, scared, open eyed and absolutely amazed by what I witnessed that day. It was a Murphy’s Law matinĂ©e in Providence, and by the time my father picked me up from the show, my clothes were ripped, I was bleeding and I was soaked with beer. I can’t say I have a more fond memory of a show than that. Life changing to say the least.
I bet you can ask around and you won’t find someone with a negative Murphy’s Law show memory. OK, maybe they drank or smoked too much, but I guarantee that they had fun. Jimmy G. has been keeping it real all these years, and may it never end!
